The challenge
Markus Rettinger's second company needed a standalone, modern web presence – sharing a signature style with the epoxy website and with significantly more visibility for roof, facade, and stone cleaning.
Website relaunch for roof cleaning, roof coating, and stone cleaning – with real before-and-after projects.

Alongside the epoxy floors, Markus Rettinger runs a second company: Rettinger Dach Design handles roof, facade, and stone cleaning for customers in Speyer, the region, and beyond. It was to get a standalone, modern presence – sharing a signature style with the epoxy website and with significantly more visibility for all services around roofs, facades, and stone.
The website shares its signature style with the epoxy website – the same “R” in the logo, the same structure, its own imagery. The centerpiece is real projects in the before-and-after slider: moss, algae, and lichen removed completely, a coating in the color of your choice, pavers and patio clean again. Prospects drag the handle and see the difference for themselves.
17 services – from roof cleaning and roof coating to paver and patio cleaning – are combined with 847 locations into more than 14,400 subpages. The contact form and chat assistant send every inquiry to the owner by email, and the sender receives a confirmation of receipt. On smartphones, a contact bar with quote, WhatsApp, and phone stays in view.
Every inquiry lands directly with the owner, and prospects see real results side by side before they get in touch. The broad location structure makes the services visible in the region and nationwide. And because both Rettinger websites share one design system, the companies come across as a family, while each addresses its own content and customers.
LOMA DESIGN designs, Nano Concepts develops – at the same location, as one team.
Real results in a before-and-after slider and more than 14,400 subpages for 17 services: the standalone presence for Rettinger Dach Design.
Markus Rettinger’s second company needed a standalone, modern presence. The brief called for a signature style shared with the epoxy website and significantly more visibility for roof, facade, and stone cleaning.
17 services – from roof cleaning and roof coating to paving and patio cleaning – were combined with 847 locations into a structure of more than 14,400 subpages.
LOMA DESIGN embedded the website in the shared design system of both Rettinger companies – the same “R” in the logo, the same structure – and gave it imagery of its own. At its heart is the before-and-after slider with real projects.
Nano Concepts built the fast HTML website with a chat assistant and PHP email delivery including a confirmation of receipt. On smartphones, a contact bar with quote request, WhatsApp, and phone stays in view.
After launch, new before-and-after projects can be added as soon as good photos taken from the same perspective are available. We offer upkeep and further development of both Rettinger websites from a single source.

For Rettinger, we show real roofs and facades; we’re happy to advise you on how best to photograph your projects.
Often, yes. At Rettinger, the epoxy website and the roof cleaning website share a design system with the same “R” logo and the same structure, but have their own imagery and content. This saves effort in design and maintenance and strengthens recognition. If target audiences differ greatly, a completely separate presence can also make sense.
Yes. At Rettinger, the contact form and chat assistant send every inquiry to the owner by email, and the sender receives a confirmation of receipt. We test delivery before launch and make sure emails don’t end up in spam. If you like, inquiries can also be transferred to a CRM or a spreadsheet.
