Short & clear

An IT rollout with Nano Concepts covers planning, staging and preparation of the devices, on-site replacement in plannable waves, Windows 11 and client migration, old-device logistics and seamless rollout tracking; the on-site work is carried out across Germany by the IT service partners RELEDER and FAIMA IT Services. You receive costs as an individual quote based on scope, locations and time windows – the exact quote follows after a free initial consultation. To get started, the number of devices, locations and desired time frame are enough.

IT rollout for businesses – across Germany with partner teams on site

An IT rollout is more than unpacking devices: hardware has to be ordered, prepared and delivered to the right location, user data has to be moved, old devices returned – and all of this while your day-to-day business keeps running. We take care of planning, coordination and documentation and carry out the rollout on site across Germany together with our IT service partners RELEDER and FAIMA IT Services.

01

Typical projects are workstation rollouts with new notebooks and monitors, the replacement of point-of-sale or branch technology, Windows 11 migrations following the end of support for Windows 10, as well as relocations and new site openings. We divide the rollout into predictable waves, coordinate time windows with your locations and plan so that your employees can keep working right after the changeover. We take special cases such as specialist software or peripherals into account in the planning phase.

02

The difference from a pure technology service provider: we also develop the software that makes a rollout manageable. With custom rollout tracking, you can see at any time which devices are prepared, delivered and accepted – per location, wave and technician. Software and hardware come from a single source, and your IT keeps the overview instead of chasing Excel lists by phone.

03

Whether new laptops for administration, point-of-sale technology for a branch network or a PC rollout across several locations: an IT rollout succeeds when planning, logistics and technology mesh. We handle rollout planning, prepare devices in staging and manage the hardware rollout together with our IT service partners RELEDER and FAIMA IT Services, who work on site across Germany. Your employees get ready-to-use workstations, and your IT gets a rollout plan with clear time windows per location.

04

A common trigger is the Windows 11 changeover: since the end of support for Windows 10 in October 2025, older clients no longer receive regular security updates. We check which devices get an upgrade and which are replaced, and plan the client rollout so that operations keep running. The cost of a rollout depends on the number of devices, locations, scope of services and time windows. You therefore receive an individual quote after the free initial consultation.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions about IT rollout services

We calculate rollouts on a project basis according to the number of locations and devices, scope of services and time windows – after the analysis, you receive a transparent quote. We implement supplementary software such as custom rollout tracking, depending on scope, in the Starter package from €2,500 or the Professional package from €8,000. Large multi-site rollouts with long-term support are quoted individually as Enterprise.

That depends on the number of devices, locations and available time windows. A single location is often switched over quickly; we plan nationwide rollouts in several waves. After the analysis, you receive a schedule per wave.

On-site work is carried out by technicians from our IT service partners RELEDER and FAIMA IT Services. Nano Concepts plans, coordinates and documents the rollout and remains your central point of contact.

Yes. We check device compatibility, plan replacement or upgrade, migrate user data and settings and enroll the clients in your device management, such as Microsoft Intune. Since Windows 10 stopped receiving regular security updates in October 2025, making the switch is urgent for many companies.

Old devices are collected on site, inventoried and handled according to your specifications – for example for reuse, return to the leasing company or disposal. We also coordinate and document data wiping according to your specifications.

After the free initial consultation, we capture your requirements and prepare a transparent quote. Planning, staging, the on-site rollout in waves and the documented handover to your IT follow.

An IT rollout is the planned introduction of new hardware or software at many workstations or locations – for example new laptops, a new operating system or new branch technology. It includes preparation, installation, data transfer, acceptance and documentation. Typically it is carried out in waves so that day-to-day operations continue.

A rollout plan defines which devices are replaced at which locations and when, who is on site and which steps apply per workstation – from data backup to acceptance. It also includes waves and time windows, logistics for new and old devices, contacts per location and a procedure for special cases. We create the plan together with your IT and make progress visible in rollout tracking.

No. Windows 11 requires, among other things, a supported processor, TPM 2.0 and Secure Boot, which older devices often don't meet. We review your device inventory and show which clients can be upgraded and which should be replaced. This forms the basis for your rollout planning.

That depends mainly on how many devices can be upgraded and how many have to be replaced, as well as on data transfer, line-of-business applications, locations and time windows. For businesses we therefore prepare an individual quote based on scope, locations and time windows. The basis is an inventory of your devices after the free initial consultation.

Yes. For an IT relocation, we plan the dismantling, reassembly and commissioning of workstations, printers and network equipment so that your team can get back to work as quickly as possible. Our IT service partners RELEDER and FAIMA IT Services carry out the on-site work; planning and documentation run through Nano Concepts.
