Short & clear

IT support at Nano Concepts covers helpdesk and level 1 support by phone, email and ticket, remote maintenance, level 2 analysis, for example for network, permission or update problems, and level 3 support extending into servers, business applications and code; on-site jobs are handled by the IT service partners RELEDER and FAIMA IT Services. You receive costs as an individual quote based on scope, locations and time windows or support hours – the exact quote follows after a free initial consultation and an inventory of your IT. Response and support times are agreed individually and put in writing in the contract.

IT support for small businesses and mid-sized companies

When IT isn't working, work stops. Good IT support makes sure your employees know where to turn when problems arise and that issues are solved in a structured way instead of fizzling out in the hallway grapevine. We offer support at all levels: from the helpdesk for everyday questions through technical analysis at level 2 to in-depth troubleshooting at level 3 – together with our IT service partners RELEDER and FAIMA IT Services.

01

At level 1, we take requests by phone, email or ticket portal, reset passwords, help with Microsoft 365 and solve standard problems by remote maintenance. Anything that can't be solved there goes on to level 2 with all the information, for example for permissions, network problems or faulty updates. At level 3, specialists analyze complex errors in servers, applications and interfaces.

02

Our advantage as software developers: if the cause lies in a business application or interface, support doesn't end with a shrug. We can trace errors down to the code and fix them. We agree individually with you what response times, support hours and billing look like – matched to the size of your company and the importance of your systems. We can also supplement your in-house IT, for example if we only take over level 1 or vacation cover.

03

IT support for small businesses has to be one thing above all: reachable and easy to understand. Instead of colleagues helping each other or management setting up printers after hours, your employees have a clear route for every IT question. As an IT service provider, we run the helpdesk, solve many requests through remote IT support and handle network, servers, Microsoft 365 and business applications at level 2 and 3. If someone has to be on site, our IT service partners RELEDER and FAIMA IT Services step in.

04

Many companies want to outsource their IT support or even their entire IT department because internal positions are hard to fill. Others only want relief for their internal IT, for example at level 1 or as vacation cover. The cost of IT management depends on the number of users, systems, locations and support hours – you therefore receive an individual quote instead of a flat price. The basis is an inventory after the free initial consultation.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions about IT support

Ongoing costs depend on the number of users, systems, support hours and scope; you will receive an individual quote. One-time projects such as introducing a ticketing system with a knowledge base can be implemented, depending on scope, in the Starter package from €2,500 or the Professional package from €8,000. We quote comprehensive support partnerships with reporting individually as Enterprise.

After the assessment, we set up the ticketing system, remote maintenance and documentation; depending on the size of your environment, this takes a few days to a few weeks. After that, your employees can use support right away.

Level 1 takes requests and solves standard problems. Level 2 handles technically more demanding cases such as network or permission problems. Level 3 analyzes complex errors in servers, applications and interfaces and works with vendors when needed.

We agree response and support times individually and put them in the contract. That way they fit your needs – and you can rely on what has been agreed in writing.

Yes, if a problem can't be solved remotely. On-site deployments are carried out by technicians from our IT service partners RELEDER and FAIMA IT Services, coordinated and documented through us.

After the free initial consultation, we capture your IT environment and requirements and prepare a transparent quote. After onboarding, ongoing support starts with regular reports.

For many small and mid-sized companies, yes, because an external provider covers several specialist areas, bridges vacation and sick leave and documents knowledge. Clear agreements on scope, support times and responsibilities are important. A hybrid is also possible: your internal IT stays, and we take over individual levels or peak periods.

Yes. In that case, together with our IT service partners we take over support, management of workstations and servers, user administration and documentation – remotely and on site when needed. Beforehand we fully map your environment and define which decisions stay with you. A responsible contact at Nano Concepts holds the threads together.

With managed IT services, a provider takes over the ongoing operation of defined IT areas – such as support, monitoring, updates and user administration. Instead of ordering individual jobs, the scope is set by contract and reviewed regularly. Which areas we take on, we agree with you individually.

Your employees report an issue by phone, email or ticket. With their consent, a technician connects to the computer through a secured remote maintenance tool and solves the problem while the employee can watch. This way many issues around passwords, email, printers or software are resolved without a call-out.

Look for clear support channels, response and support times agreed in writing, transparent billing and clean documentation of your IT. Also ask how on-site jobs are organized. We support companies remotely from Dudenhofen near Speyer and, when needed, send technicians from our partners to your location.
