Short & clear

IT outsourcing means that an external provider takes over the tasks of an IT department – such as help desk and user support, management of devices and Microsoft 365, monitoring, updates, documentation and on-site assignments. Nano Concepts takes on these tasks in whole or in part together with the IT service partners RELEDER and FAIMA IT Services, with the scope of services and response times agreed by contract. Ongoing costs depend on the number of users, systems and service hours – you receive an individual quote based on scope, locations and time windows.

IT outsourcing with Nano Concepts

Many small and mid-sized companies have no IT department of their own – IT runs on the side, through a tech-savvy colleague or a provider who only comes when there are problems. Anyone who wants to outsource their IT department is looking for something different: a partner who takes responsibility for day-to-day operations. That is exactly what we deliver with IT outsourcing: a help desk for your employees, care of workstations, Microsoft 365 and network, proactive maintenance and on-site assignments – together with our IT service partners RELEDER and FAIMA IT Services.

01

IT outsourcing doesn't have to mean all or nothing. Some companies hand over their entire IT, others outsource selectively: IT support for users, device management, care of remote locations or vacation cover for their own administrators. Together we decide which tasks we take on, who makes decisions on your side and what support hours, response times and escalation paths look like. We put that in writing so both sides know what has been agreed. The scope can be adjusted later, for example when your company grows or new locations are added.

02

It starts with an inventory review: which devices, accounts, licenses, servers and cloud services exist, who has which access, and where is documentation missing? This leads to a clean takeover – often the first complete overview of your own IT. After that, we look after your environment on an ongoing basis, report regularly and suggest improvements, for example regarding security or outdated hardware. Because we also develop software, we can keep helping even when the cause lies in a business application or interface – instead of just passing the case on.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions about IT outsourcing

Ongoing costs depend on the number of users and devices, the systems supported, service hours and the share of on-site assignments. You receive an individual quote based on scope, locations and time windows. One-off projects such as introducing a ticketing system are calculated separately and transparently.

For small businesses in particular, it often pays off, because an IT department of your own hardly makes sense with only a few workstations. You get expertise in support, Microsoft 365, security and hardware without building up staff yourself. The scope grows with your company.

Yes. Many companies first outsource user support and keep administration or strategic decisions in-house. We then take over, for example, 1st-level support or vacation cover and work closely with your IT team.

That depends on the size of your environment and the state of its documentation. For small companies, the takeover is often completed within a few weeks; for several locations, we take over in steps. Your operations stay able to work during the handover.

Yes. We set things up so that administrator access, licenses and contracts are held by your company and all access is documented. We coordinate important changes with you, and at the end of the contract we hand everything over completely to you or a successor.

Strategic decisions, budget approvals and business priorities stay with you; we advise and implement. You also name an internal contact who gives approvals and coordinates important changes with us. That way it is clear who decides and who executes.
