Skilled Trades: software that fits your workflows

In the skilled trades, money is made on the job site – not at the desk. Even so, master tradespeople and office staff spend a lot of time on callbacks, timesheets, material lists and photos from personal phones. Software for skilled trades businesses brings this information together in one place: inquiries arrive complete, installers record time and materials directly on site, and the office writes quotes and invoices without retyping.

01

The first step is often the website. For Reindel & Waldera, a business covering plumbing, heating and HVAC (SHK) as well as carpentry, we implemented a tradesperson website together with LOMA DESIGN that clearly structures both trades. Building on this, we develop inquiry forms with photo upload, online configurators, job apps for installers and integrations with your existing trade business software. This makes the website the first building block of a seamless digital workflow.

02

To help you get found in your region, we offer our own products such as the Digital Visibility Marketing Suite for consistent business data and directory listings, and the SEO Page Multiplier for pages covering the areas you serve. And when tablets, printers or email act up, our IT support helps together with our partners – without you needing your own administrator.

Challenges

Typical challenges in Skilled Trades

We hear these topics again and again in conversations with companies in the industry.

Paperwork on the job site

Working hours, materials and notes end up on paper or in private chats. The office has to call back and retype – and materials used are sometimes not billed at all.

Incomplete inquiries

Customers write “Renovate bathroom, please get in touch.” Without measurements, photos and key details, callbacks and site visits follow that aren't always worth it.

Disorganized photos

Job site photos are scattered across employees' phones. When it matters – for documentation, warranty claims and references – they can't be found.

Maintenance dates in someone's head

Recurring maintenance and inspection intervals are managed in calendars or on index cards. Due appointments – and the revenue that comes with them – fall through the cracks.

Outdated website

The website was built years ago, loads slowly, is hard to use on a smartphone and brings in hardly any inquiries. Plugins are out of date.

Approach

How we work

  1. Start small, benefit fastWe start with the area that costs you the most time today – such as the inquiry form or time tracking – and expand step by step. That way, each stage pays for itself.
  2. Made for the job siteWe design apps and forms with few, large input fields, photo upload and offline storage. This keeps them easy to use even in a hurry and with weak reception.
  3. Connect existing softwareIf you already use trade business software or accounting software, we connect new solutions to it instead of replacing everything. Data flows automatically into quotes, orders and invoices.
  4. Support without your own ITWe keep your website and apps up to date, back up data and add new references. For devices and workstations, our IT service partners are available – remotely or on site.

Reindel & Waldera: new website on a monitor, laptop, and smartphone on a dark presentation boardSkilled trades · Plumbing & heating, carpentry & electrical

Reindel & Waldera

Reindel & Waldera GmbH & Co. KG · Bobenheim-Roxheim

Three businesses, one presence: for Reindel & Waldera, we rebuilt digital communication from scratch – a corporate design per division, three websites, a careers section, and a B2B area for property managers.

Challenge
Reindel & Waldera brings plumbing, heating and air conditioning (SHK), carpentry, and electrical work together in one master-craftsman business with almost 30 employees – the result of a merger and an acquisition. To support this growth, the company needed a shared digital foundation that gets three divisions, private customers, property managers, and job applicants where they want to go, fast.
Solution
LOMA DESIGN and Nano Concepts set up the company’s digital communication from scratch: a corporate design for each division with clean logo files, three websites for the umbrella brand, SHK, and carpentry, clear paths to “Send inquiry” and “Call,” a B2B area for property managers, career pages with job ads, a contact form with real email delivery, and a chat assistant.
Result
Three businesses now present themselves consistently and professionally. Customers and property managers instantly find the right division and phone number, inquiries arrive in a structured way, and the recruiting graphics support the search for new staff – a solid foundation for the company’s continued growth.

A modern tradesperson website with an inquiry form starts in the Starter package from €2,500. Job apps, configurators or integrations with your trade business software are in the Professional package from €8,000. Solutions for businesses with multiple branches are priced individually in the Enterprise package.

Not always – and we say so openly. There are good standard programs for many tasks. Custom solutions pay off where your workflow is unique or where several programs need to be connected. In the initial consultation, we clarify what makes economic sense for your business.

Yes, if we design it to work offline. Data and photos are then stored on the device and transferred automatically as soon as there's reception again. We have already implemented this approach in an app for service technicians with offline sync.

We implement cookie consent, encrypted forms and privacy-friendly embedding of maps or fonts in a technically sound way. You should have the content of your legal notice (Impressum) and privacy policy reviewed by a lawyer – our information is general and does not replace legal advice.

After the free initial consultation – remotely or on site if needed – we prepare a transparent quote, preferably at a fixed price when the scope is clear. This is followed by concept, design, implementation and training for the office and installers.
