Challenge, solution, result

01

The challenge

Reindel & Waldera brings plumbing, heating and air conditioning (SHK), carpentry, and electrical work together in one master-craftsman business with almost 30 employees – the result of a merger and an acquisition. To support this growth, the company needed a shared digital foundation that gets three divisions, private customers, property managers, and job applicants where they want to go, fast.

02

Our solution

LOMA DESIGN and Nano Concepts set up the company’s digital communication from scratch: a corporate design for each division with clean logo files, three websites for the umbrella brand, SHK, and carpentry, clear paths to “Send inquiry” and “Call,” a B2B area for property managers, career pages with job ads, a contact form with real email delivery, and a chat assistant.

03

The result

Three businesses now present themselves consistently and professionally. Customers and property managers instantly find the right division and phone number, inquiries arrive in a structured way, and the recruiting graphics support the search for new staff – a solid foundation for the company’s continued growth.

How Reindel & Waldera came together

01

The starting point: growth needs a shared foundation

By bringing together plumbing and heating, carpentry, and electrical work, Reindel & Waldera has grown significantly. So have the demands on its communication: private customers look for a tradesperson for their bathroom or heating system, property managers need a reliable partner for many buildings, and applicants want to know whether the company is a good fit. Each of these groups should reach the right division without detours.

What was needed, then, was not a refresh of a few pages but a new foundation: a visual identity that shows three divisions in their own right while remaining recognizable as one company – and technology that reliably routes inquiries to the people who handle them. On top of that, the company wanted visible support for its search for new staff.

02

What we delivered: brand, three websites, careers

It all started with the corporate design: each division got its own look – SHK in blue with a colorful logo, carpentry in orange. We prepared the official logos as clean, transparent files so they look flawless on any background. Three websites build on this: reindel-waldera.de as the umbrella brand, plus reindel-waldera-shk.de and reindel-waldera-schreinerei.de for the two divisions.

The user journey is deliberately clear: “Send inquiry” and “Call” are front and center everywhere. SHK and carpentry have separate phone numbers, so every call reaches the right team directly. Property managers get their own B2B area, applicants a careers section with job ads in each division’s design and the option to apply by email or phone. The contact form delivers inquiries to the company by email, and a chat assistant answers first questions.

  • A corporate design for each division – SHK blue with a colorful logo, carpentry orange
  • Official logos as clean, transparent files
  • Three websites: reindel-waldera.de, reindel-waldera-shk.de, and reindel-waldera-schreinerei.de
  • Clear paths: “Send inquiry” or “Call,” with separate numbers for SHK (06239 9952501) and carpentry (06233 737171)
  • B2B area for property managers
  • Job ads for electricians, SHK plumbing and heating technicians, carpenters, and apprentices
03

What it means for Reindel & Waldera

Three businesses now present themselves consistently and professionally – distinct enough to tell the divisions apart clearly, and connected enough to be perceived as one strong company. Private customers and property managers immediately find the right division and the right number instead of having to ask around.

Inquiries arrive in a structured way: the form delivers them by email directly to the company, and the sender automatically receives a confirmation of receipt. And because a growing business needs skilled workers, the recruiting graphics in each division’s design support the search for new staff – for electricians, SHK plumbing and heating technicians, carpenters, and apprentices.

  • A consistent presence for three businesses
  • The right division and number at a glance
  • Structured inquiries with automatic confirmation of receipt
  • Recruiting graphics that support the search for staff
  • A dedicated area for property managers and commercial clients

Design meets technology – and the foundation for the next stage of growth

LOMA DESIGN created the brand, logos, web design, and job ads, while Nano Concepts handled the technical implementation of the websites. That includes details you only notice when they are missing: photos of the team and managing directors are featured prominently and optimized for every device – with no cropped-off heads. Opening hours (Mon–Thu 7:30 a.m.–4:30 p.m., Fri 7:30 a.m.–1:00 p.m.) and the slogan “Handwerk, auf das Sie sich verlassen können” (“craftsmanship you can rely on”) are clearly communicated.

SEO fundamentals lay the groundwork for Reindel & Waldera to be found in the region – in Bobenheim-Roxheim as well as in Frankenthal, Ludwigshafen, Worms, or Mannheim. Because brand, websites, and technology are set up as one system, new services, job openings, or another division can be added without starting over. That is exactly what a company that is streamlining and scaling needs.

How we supported Reindel & Waldera

Three businesses, one presence: a new brand, three websites, and a careers section as the digital foundation for Reindel & Waldera’s growth.

01

Analysis & goals

Following a merger and an acquisition, Reindel & Waldera brings plumbing and heating (SHK), carpentry, and electrical work together with almost 30 employees. The starting question was how private customers, property managers, and job applicants could each find the right division without detours.

02

Structure & domains

This led to a structure built from the umbrella brand reindel-waldera.de and dedicated websites for SHK and carpentry. A B2B area for property managers, a careers section, and clear paths to “Send inquiry” and “Call” are an integral part of it.

03

Corporate design per division

LOMA DESIGN presented SHK in blue with a colorful logo and the carpentry division in orange, and prepared the official logos as clean, transparent files. Job ads in each division’s design and prominent photos of the team and managing directors give the company a face.

04

Development & technology

Nano Concepts built the three websites – with a contact form that delivers by email and sends an automatic confirmation of receipt, a chat assistant, and separate phone numbers for SHK and carpentry. All images are optimized for every device, with no cropped-off heads.

05

Launch & further development

The launch includes SEO fundamentals for the region – from Bobenheim-Roxheim to Frankenthal, Ludwigshafen, Worms, and Mannheim. Because the brand and websites are set up as a system, we can add new jobs, services, or another division on request without starting over.

FAQ

Common questions about a similar project

Yes. Just as with Reindel & Waldera, we develop an umbrella brand and a distinct presence for each division – with a shared signature style, their own colors, and their own website or section. That way, every division stays clearly recognizable while the company still looks all of a piece. We’ll discuss whether separate domains make sense in the initial consultation.

That depends on the scope – the number of divisions and websites, and features such as a careers section or chat assistant. As a guide: our Starter package begins at €2,500, Professional at €8,000, and Enterprise is priced individually. A project like Reindel & Waldera tends to fall into the Professional or Enterprise range; in the initial consultation, you’ll get an honest assessment.

Yes, and we pay particular attention to that. The contact form delivers every inquiry to your company by email, and your customer automatically receives a confirmation of receipt. Before launch, we test delivery together with you. If you like, we add a chat assistant that answers first questions and records requests.
