With an automatic calendar sync. Many portals offer iCal calendars, which are synchronized at regular intervals – so not to the second; a more direct option is the interface of a channel manager. We set up the variant your portals support and test it before launch.

Down payments and remaining balances can be processed online through an established payment provider. How you handle the security deposit – online, by bank transfer or on site – is up to you; the system reflects your rule.
