We help businesses and mid-sized companies use AI where it noticeably takes work off their plate. From choosing the use case through GDPR-aware implementation to briefing your team.

Short & clear

AI for businesses pays off wherever recurring text and knowledge work piles up – answering inquiries, extracting data from documents or searching internal files. A good solution starts with a clearly defined use case, clarifies data protection, providers and data flows up front, and is integrated into existing systems rather than run alongside them. For development, use our packages as a guide: Starter from €2,500, Professional from €8,000 and Enterprise priced individually; usage-based costs from the AI provider are added depending on volume.

AI for businesses with Nano Concepts

Many companies already use AI – often uncoordinated, through the private accounts of individual employees. That delivers quick results, but also raises open questions: Which data ends up with which provider? Who checks the answers? Using AI sensibly in business therefore means turning individual experiments into regulated use – with defined tools, clear rules and applications that work directly with your data and systems.

01

Typical entry points are an internal assistant that searches manuals, policies and product information and delivers answers with source references, the automatic processing of incoming invoices, delivery notes or emails, and drafts for recurring texts such as quotes or customer replies. We start with a use case where the benefit becomes visible quickly and then expand step by step. The pilot runs on your real documents, so you can judge the quality of the results yourself before further areas follow.

02

With AI for businesses, the GDPR is part of the picture from the start. Together we check which data is processed, whether a provider with a data processing agreement and data processing in the EU is an option, and how personal data can be reduced or pseudonymized. If certain data must not leave your company at all, a self-hosted model can also be an option. The final legal assessment is carried out by your data protection officer or your legal counsel – our notes do not replace legal advice.

What matters with AI for businesses

Clearly defined use case

Instead of “AI everywhere”, you need a concrete task with a verifiable result, such as faster quote drafts or less manual typing.

Documented data flows

It must be clear which data goes to which provider; a data processing agreement is generally required with service providers that process personal data.

Integration with existing systems

AI only delivers its value once it can access your CRM, ERP, document storage or mailbox – with appropriate permissions.

Traceable results

Answers should cite their sources and, for important decisions, be reviewed by people.

AI literacy in the team

Employees should know what the tools in use can do and where their limits are – briefing and internal rules are part of it, also with a view to the EU AI Act.

Features

These are the features we build for you

Internal knowledge assistant

An assistant searches your documents using retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) and answers with a reference to the source.

Automatic document extraction

Invoices, delivery notes or forms are recognized, relevant fields are extracted and handed over to your software.

Drafts for texts and replies

Suggestions for emails, quotes or product copy that your team reviews, adjusts and approves.

AI-powered workflows

Incoming inquiries are classified, assigned and routed to the right process – for example with n8n as the automation platform.

Privacy-aware architecture

Selection of suitable models and providers, permissions concept, logging and, on request, pseudonymization of sensitive details.

Briefing and guidelines

Your team gets to know the tools that have been set up and receives simple rules for using AI in everyday work.

Practical examples

Here's what that looks like day to day

Sales at a mid-sized company

Field sales regularly looks up technical data in extensive product documentation. An internal assistant answers the questions and points to the right data sheet.

Accounting with many incoming documents

Invoices arrive as PDFs by email and have so far been entered by hand. An AI reads the relevant fields and presents them to accounting for review.

Customer service with recurring questions

Many emails revolve around delivery times, returns or documents. The AI pre-sorts the messages and suggests replies that the team approves.

Process

Four steps to your solution

  1. Initial consultation & potentialWe collect tasks where AI can help and rate them by benefit, effort and data protection.
  2. Pilot with one use caseA clearly defined pilot shows, using your real data, whether the solution holds up in day-to-day work.
  3. Integration & safeguardsWe connect the solution to your systems, set up permissions and document the data flows.
  4. Rollout & expansionAfter your team has been briefed, we monitor usage and expand to further use cases.

What matters is which data flows to which provider and how that provider processes and stores it. We choose providers and architecture so that as little personal data as possible leaves the company, and we document the data flows. This does not replace an assessment by your data protection officer.

Yes, that is possible – provided the legal basis, data processing agreement, data minimization and information for data subjects are in order. Various providers offer business customers contracts with data processing in the EU; we check the terms case by case. This information does not replace legal advice.

Every project includes an introduction to the tools that have been set up and a short guide for everyday use. As part of AI consulting, we also discuss which rules and skills your team needs for safe use. We focus on your specific tools, not on general certificate courses.

Best for tasks that occur frequently, involve a lot of text or documents and follow clear rules. Examples are extracting data from receipts, pre-sorting emails or an assistant for internal documents. What matters is that a person reviews the results wherever mistakes would be costly.

In most cases, no. An established language model accessed through an interface, combined with your own data, is often enough. For particularly sensitive data, a self-hosted model can make sense – we weigh effort and benefit together.
