Short & clear

A good website for car dealerships shows the current vehicle inventory with clear filters, complete legal details and a short path to a test drive, trade-in or service request. It loads quickly even on mobile networks and complements vehicle marketplaces such as mobile.de and AutoScout24 instead of making you dependent on them. For orientation: Starter from €2,500, Professional from €8,000 (more likely with inventory integration and booking), Enterprise priced individually – the exact quote follows after the free initial consultation.

Website for car dealerships with Nano Concepts

People looking for a car usually start on a vehicle marketplace and compare your offer with dozens of competitors. Your own dealership website is where you break away from that: with your inventory, your prices, your service and your face. For that, the path from search result to vehicle page has to be short. Every vehicle needs good photos, the key data at a glance and an inquiry or test-drive button that is within thumb’s reach on a smartphone.

01

At a dealership the inventory changes every day: cars arrive, get reserved or are sold. If you maintain every listing by hand in several places, mistakes creep in and sold vehicles stay online. That is why we first clarify where your inventory data comes from: dealer management software, a marketplace export file or a simple admin interface of its own. Whether and in which format your system supplies the data, we check before the quote, so your workload goes down instead of up.

02

A dealership sells more than vehicles – it sells relationships. Inspections, tire changes, repairs and trade-ins often bring customers to you more frequently than the purchase itself. That is why service and workshop get their own pages with appointment requests, and your team, opening hours and directions are easy to find. Design by LOMA DESIGN, technology by Nano Concepts – and if your manufacturer sets guidelines for logo and appearance, we take them into account from the start.

What matters with Website for car dealerships

Complete vehicle data at a glance

Make, model, first registration, mileage, fuel, power output, equipment and price belong with every vehicle. Incomplete listings cause follow-up questions and cost trust.

Price and consumption details

Prices for consumers must be stated as total prices under the German Price Indication Ordinance (PAngV), and it must be clear whether delivery or additional costs are included. For new cars, fuel consumption and CO2 emission details under the Pkw-EnVKV (German car labelling ordinance) are added. We build in the fields – this does not replace legal advice.

Data-minimizing inquiry forms

For a test drive, name, contact method and preferred date are enough. Driving licence details are checked on site and do not belong in an online form.

Fast pages despite many images

Vehicle pages live on photos. They have to be resized automatically and delivered in modern formats, otherwise visitors drop off on mobile networks.

Legal notice, privacy and consent

Besides the details required under § 5 DDG (German Digital Services Act), such as commercial register and VAT ID, the site needs a suitable privacy policy and a consent banner as soon as maps, marketplace widgets or analytics send data to third parties.

Features

These are the features we build for you

Vehicle inventory with filters and detail pages

Filters by make, price, fuel, year and body type, plus detail pages with photo gallery, equipment and a direct inquiry.

Inventory integration instead of double entry

Where your system allows it, we import vehicles automatically from an export or interface. Otherwise you manage the inventory yourself in a simple admin area.

Test drive, reservation and price inquiry

A short form per vehicle that sends the model and vehicle number along. You immediately see which offer an inquiry refers to.

Trade-in and vehicle purchase

Interested customers describe their vehicle with key data and photos. You can tell at a glance whether an appraisal appointment is worthwhile.

Service and workshop appointments

Inspection, tire change or repair as an appointment request or booking – with your existing system or the SmartBook booking tool from Nano Concepts.

Local visibility and careers

Structured data, an aligned Google Business Profile and a careers page where automotive technicians and apprentices can apply directly.

Practical examples

Here's what that looks like day to day

Independent dealer with a small inventory

On marketplaces, an independent dealer is one offer among many. On the dealer’s own website the same inventory appears with personal contact and a test-drive inquiry, so regular customers and referrals do not have to go through a listing first.

Franchise dealership with a strong workshop

A dealership earns a large part of its customer relationships in the workshop. A service flow with appointment requests, a seasonal tire-change reminder and clear opening hours takes pressure off the phone in peak season.

Vehicle purchase as a second pillar

A used-car dealer wants to buy more vehicles directly from private sellers. A dedicated trade-in page explains the process, asks for vehicle data with photos and leads to an inspection appointment.

Process

Four steps to your solution

  1. Free initial consultationWe clarify the vehicle segment, inventory size, existing software and marketplaces, and whether sales, workshop or vehicle purchase is the priority.
  2. Data source and structureWe check how your inventory data is provided and define page structure, filters and forms – before the binding quote.
  3. Design and implementationLOMA DESIGN designs the look, aligned with manufacturer guidelines if you wish. Nano Concepts builds the pages and integrations; you see interim versions on a preview address.
  4. Launch and ongoing supportAt launch we check load times, forms and Google profile. If you like, we take over maintenance, updates and small changes.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions about Website for car dealerships

The price depends mainly on whether the inventory is integrated, how many locations and brands are shown and whether workshop booking or a vehicle-purchase flow is added. For orientation: Starter from €2,500, Professional from €8,000, Enterprise priced individually. After the free initial consultation you receive a transparent quote, preferably at a fixed price when the scope is clear.

That depends on which data your system provides. Many dealer management systems and marketplace accounts can output inventory as an export or through an interface. Whether and in which format this works for you, we clarify before the quote, and we do not promise an integration we have not checked.

Marketplaces bring reach, but there your vehicle sits right next to those of your competitors. On your own website you decide on presentation, service offers and contact paths, and inquiries from regular customers and referrals land directly with you. The two complement each other.

Toward consumers, prices generally have to be recognizable as total prices, and for new cars the Pkw-EnVKV requires details on fuel consumption and CO2 emissions. We provide suitable fields; reviewing individual cases is a matter for your legal adviser – our notes do not replace legal advice.

What matters are separate pages for vehicles and workshop services, fast load times, structured data and identical details for name, address and opening hours on your website and Google Business Profile. Sold vehicles should disappear cleanly from the inventory so that no dead pages remain.

Yes. Depending on your workshop system, we embed its online booking or build an appointment request with vehicle data and preferred time frame. If you do not have a system yet, we give you an honest recommendation of what is enough for your size.
