Short & clear

A Shopware integration connects the store with systems such as ERP, inventory management, DATEV (the German accounting and tax software), Lexware, Sage or marketplaces like Amazon and eBay, so that items, prices, stock levels, orders and invoice data are reconciled automatically. Nano Concepts uses existing connectors where they fit reliably and otherwise develops custom connections through the Shopware Admin API, with logging and automatic retries on errors. Simple connections usually fall under the Starter package from €2,500, ERP integrations with multiple data flows under the Professional package from €8,000.

Shopware integrations with Nano Concepts

Shopware integrations make sure your store doesn't run as an island. Items and prices come from the ERP or inventory management system, stock levels are reconciled continuously, orders land automatically as sales orders in the system, and invoice and payment data go to accounting, for example to DATEV, Lexware or Sage. Whether SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, weclapp, Xentral or an older inventory system: we first clarify which system is the leading one for which data, and then build a Shopware ERP integration that implements exactly these rules.

01

For many systems, ready-made connectors exist – some from the ERP vendor, some in the Shopware Store. If they fit your workflows, we set them up and configure the field mapping. If they aren't enough, we develop a custom interface via the Shopware Admin API, the Sync API for large data volumes or webhooks. In doing so we pay attention to details that count in daily operations: variants and units, customer group prices, tax rates, partial deliveries, cancellations and returns. Every reconciliation is logged, failed transfers are retried and your team is notified when there are problems.

02

Marketplaces and B2B procurement are part of it, too. Through integrations with Amazon and eBay, you maintain items centrally in Shopware and feed marketplace orders into the same workflow. For business customers with their own purchasing systems, an OCI interface (Open Catalog Interface) is possible, through which buyers order from your store directly from their SAP or procurement system. For accounting, we prepare documents so that they are handed over in the DATEV format or through the interface of your accounting software – the tax assessment remains with your tax advisor.

Integration concept

Invoices, credit notes and payments are prepared for accounting and handed over automatically.

Marketplaces: Amazon & eBay

Items and stock levels are transferred from Shopware to marketplaces, and orders from there are pulled back into your workflow.

OCI & B2B procurement

Business customers order via OCI punchout directly from their purchasing system in your Shopware store.

Monitoring & error handling

Logs, automatic retries and notifications make sure you notice problems before customers do.

Your benefits

Why companies choose us

You maintain items and prices once in the leading system; the store takes them over automatically.

Fewer errors

If you don't retype, you don't make typos – orders, addresses and amounts arrive in the ERP completely.

Up-to-date stock levels

Regular reconciliation reduces overselling and incorrect delivery times in the store.

Scalable workflows

More orders don't automatically mean more manual work in the back office.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions about Shopware integrations

For Shopware 6 there are connections to numerous ERP and inventory management systems, from SAP and Microsoft Dynamics through weclapp and Xentral to JTL-Wawi. Which system fits depends on size, industry and processes, such as warehouse, production or B2B prices. We advise independently of vendors and connect the ERP you decide on.

Yes, invoice and payment data from Shopware can be prepared for DATEV, for example as an export in the DATEV format or via specialized extensions and services. We set up the data flow so that your tax advisor receives the documents without manual exports. The tax assessment, such as account assignment and tax rates, remains with your tax advisor.

Setting up an existing connector or a simple connection, for example to accounting, usually falls under the Starter package from €2,500. We price custom ERP integrations with multiple data flows, customer prices and feedback under the Professional package from €8,000, and complex system landscapes individually as an Enterprise project. You receive the exact quote after the free initial consultation.

An existing connector is set up faster than a custom development. Most of the time usually goes into data mapping and testing with real orders, returns and special cases. After analyzing your system landscape you receive a schedule.

Yes. Depending on the version, these systems offer different routes, such as OData services or IDocs for SAP, programming interfaces or import functions for Lexware and Sage products. We check which route works reliably for your version and build the integration accordingly.

OCI stands for Open Catalog Interface, a standard through which buyers jump from their procurement system, such as SAP, into an external store, select items there and transfer the shopping cart back to their system. The order is then approved in the purchasing system and sent to you. For merchants with large business customers, an OCI connection can be an important selling point.
