Depending on scope, a clearly defined workflow, such as from a contact form to the CRM with confirmation and notification, falls under the Starter package from €2,500. Several linked workflows with self-hosting and integration with ERP or accounting typically fall under the Professional package from €8,000, and we quote operations and company-wide projects individually as Enterprise. On top of that come server or license costs and, if applicable, costs for AI providers; the exact quote follows after the free initial consultation.

The self-hosted Community Edition can be used for internal processes without a license fee; however, there are costs for the server and operations. The hosted n8n Cloud and extended enterprise features are paid, according to the vendor's pricing plans. Zapier and Make are hosted services with a quick start. We prefer n8n when workflows require complex logic, custom code or self-hosting in Germany, because it lets you keep control of your data and infrastructure. For simple processes, an existing service can be perfectly sufficient – we will tell you openly.

Yes. With n8n's AI building blocks, language models such as Claude or OpenAI can be integrated into workflows, for example to classify emails, extract data from documents or draft replies. We combine these steps with fixed rules, logging and human approvals, so that the results stay reliable.

A single workflow is often productive within a few days to a few weeks, depending on the number of connected systems and the quality of the data. With several processes, we plan in stages. After the process mapping, you receive a concrete schedule.

Every execution is logged. For temporary disruptions, we set up automatic retries, and for all other errors, error workflows that notify you by email or chat. That way, failed processes are noticed immediately instead of days later.
