Software, Apps & IT Services in Velbert

Velbert is the center of the Velbert/Heiligenhaus “key region”: lock and hardware manufacturers, metal and aluminum processors, security technology and mechanical engineering shape the picture, mostly in the Mittelstand. Huf Hülsbeck & Fürst (vehicle access and authorization systems, headquartered in Velbert), BKS, Witte Automotive and CES are among the largest companies; Silca has its German headquarters here, Doppstadt its main seat. Helios Klinikum Niederberg is the largest hospital, and the German Lock and Hardware Museum shows the industry’s history. The S 9 and RE 49 lines plus the A 44 and A 535 motorways link the city to the Rhine-Ruhr area.

Where locks and hardware have a tradition, Velbert now opens doors digitally too – from connected access systems to lean processes in the office. We support businesses throughout Velbert – for example in Velbert-Mitte, Langenberg, Neviges, Tönisheide and Birth.
